hey! Scott nice video , you know l started 3 week ago and l need your help!
l feel little shy when l go to the gym because all the gays in there are bigger that me, l think im really skinny and l don't know how gain muscles ,some peoples toll me than l don't need to do cardio . so ,whay do you think? pleaseee help me!!!

@MBram2889 Im really skinny too! I go to the gym its really a supportive place I get the jokes but I know I'm growing, also you should limit the cardio. More calories = more weight, cardio cuts down your calories! I don't do cardio at all and since I'm skinny I remain pretty lean. Join the facebook page! It's awesome!
