don't you have to hold the dumbbells in the end-position? parallel to the ground?
and this isn't possible, if you use a too high weight.. you could have said this

@TheErickson300 He works his ass off. Just the videos he puts out every week are more than most people's workouts. Also, he probably eats A LOT. I'm an ectomorph and I know I don't eat enough, so I don't see the gains he does. That's years of training that got him into that shape.

why does he make the dumbells perpendicular to the floor at the highest point rather than parralell? ive seen alot of people with there hands slightly rotated doing shoulder stuff. what does the slight rotation change?
