@AznPrideCreations Pretty much every muscle in your back, mainly rhomboids, lats, mid traps and bis. But also glutes to keep your lower back from sagging.
Gunna be swapping these in instead of barbell rows next month.

This is probably a great exercise. I would definitely try it, if I were alone at the gym, which never happens.
it's a back rowing movement. It's preretty logical what it does if you know just a BIT of the human body and how it works…GOSH!

Great workout right after push-ups. Though I definitely recommend doing these with gymnastic rings to have the natural human mechanics of pronated-to-neutral dynamic grip movement.
