@leafblowinSK8 Jerk off more. Just kidding lol. Do heavy bent over barbell rows, dumbell rows, T-bar rows, deadlifts without wrist wraps, pull ups, lat pull downs, or reverse grip bicep/forearm curls. Pretty much any kind of back exercise and pulling movement which forces you to grip the weight very hard will build tremendous forearm and wrist strength and stability.
Please do bench press or something, this is useless.
