scott, i need help.
how did you start your training to become so ripped? because i am pretty out of shape and i dont think i could do most of what your videos show. so, could you make some videos of some beginner work-out routiines? thanks.

Although it's pretty obvious for some, like me who's been doing this for a while, I think you should explain in each "How to"-video what muscle area the exercise hits. Sometimes you do and sometimes you don't. But hey keep ut the A+ work!

@derekcol2010 Hell yeah! But to be fair you always end up getting stares If what your doing isn't just some regular exercise – I just crack on with it, Maybe do a cheesy grin if I can manage it. I'm usually screaming to get the last few twists out on these LOL

ey man lm so sure you had a video where u showed a pretty clever way of doing bench dips. Where you added the plates yourself, I just can't find that video anymore.

@mitulyka Buddy, you don't need herman tell you everything ok? For the amount of sets, reps, just fit youself. You just gotta try it and find out how many is suitable for you. And sometimes you may do increasing sets, sometimes drop sets, sometimes one set till die(until you can't do anymore, but this one seems require a lot lats muscle so it is not likely to be a "dead set")
@kzterminator you're right about that. i did tried this exercise and found the best way for me, i think. i do 3 sets of 10 reps on each side. it does feel good, defenetley pumping all my abb area. it's a good one, thnx scott 😉
