Do what feels right for you. 99.9% of natural bodybuilders like scott would probly be best off with around 10 to 12 sets to put on the most mass. Most of you agree?

24 sets.. low volume training doing 1 set to failure per exersice is faster an better. 24 sets way to much yur just spinning yur wheels

This is fucking overtraining, i do fucking 12 sets once a week and i got 17.6 inches arms. dont do 24 sets
