I love working out my abs but i can't do a lot of exercises because of my right hip that dislocates on every leg drop/lift etc…

I have tried one of your vids 4 or 3 years ago and it really give me an effective results but don't know what i happened i ended up not doing it anymore and now i gain more and more weight. I have to get back and found this as a motivation

I did all 50 moves, 20 secs each with 10 secs rest. Next day, I can't even cough without pressing my abs😂 I love the pain!
Can I get abs by watching this I would not like to do that? 😂😂
