two questions. what's your max squat and bench?…and can the weightless squats help you increase your barbell squat?

Do you really need a 1 lb pillow over your head?
@Meinlondon I do dumbell squats and my arms really don't tire from that, so I doubt my arms would tire from holding a pillow over my head for what? 30 seconds? 1 minute?
But I love the pillow for the ab exercises, I actually do it regularly and I think it's really helped the definition at the top of my abs, just under the chest. So, I guess you can say it helped me go from having a six pack to an eight pack. lol
@Meinlondon This routine is great for people who want to get a great core workout at home, but I just think you should grab a pair of dumbells when doing the squats, is that so bad?
And yes the pillow works great for the abs, keep doing it you should see nice results. Make sure you go all the way down and up. Most people don't go all the way down before coming up again, this is where the pillow really helps.

Hey Scott my name us Alex and I'm 12. I'm pretty fit for my age but some of the workouts u reccomend are a lil 2 much 4 me… Is there any videos that you reccomed for me that are somewhat beginner and are for ABS

i want to try this out but i cant because i recently about 2 weeks ago had a fractured collar bone. broke it into 3 parts haha doc said no surgery just arm sling and plenty of rest. oh well =(

Scott! I wanted to hear your own personal opinion on this product i saw online called 'Force Factor'. Its nitric oxide which helps blood and oxygen get to muscles, almost like a natural steroid. why is this aquat for the abs? ive done but the pain was in my legs like every usual squat exercise, didnt feel any pain in my abs! am i doing it wrong?
