@bebenic lol naw man dont make serious i was just making an observation, how gay men can pretty much just come onto a str8 guy and it'd be seen as fun and whatnot, but its differnt if a guy does that shit to a girl lol. cuz most my gay (male) friends are hella straightforward when it comes to this kinda stuff, like "you look sexy in that shirt" or sumthin aha none of my female friends say dat lol.

hey scott, i feel like when im using bars or any other technique that uses both my arms at the same time, i use the strength of one arm more than the other. my right arm in particular, therefore my right arm gets a better workout than my left and it look a little bigger. any advice for this?

@333irani333 Use dumbbells instead of bars. Do equal amounts of reps on both sides.

@sstslayer try doing less weight to start off with. Also try doing some wrist and forearm exercises as well to strengthen your wrist. By doing this, you should feel no pain in your wrist, but remember that lifting weights and getting stronger just doesn't happen over night

@kroening123 Or it could be the whole fact that curling with your palms facing away from each other can cause stress on the wrists. "By doing this" no, just, no, you can't just tell anybody that if they start light and do this and that will mean that they'll never get the pain in this specific exercise mainly because alot of people have problems with their wrists and the last thing they need is an unnatural movement to add to their pain.
I'm aware nothing happens over night.

@kroening123 Thank you for the kindness but I don't want you to waste your time, I do not plan on ever doing this exercise as I can see no further benefit from it compared to normal bicep curls / EZ bar curls.
