good but isn t this exercise for chest?
Looking at this guy he clearly knows what he's doing, but surely this exercise is gonna out a lot of strain on your rotator cuffs. I've had a few minor aches in one of my shoulders in the past, so I wouldn't wanna risk trying an exercise like this.

Thanks Scott! I like this way of working out my triceps. It's simple and straight forward.
People that are feeling this exercise more on their chest aren't pushing up the weight over their abdomen but rather are pushing over their chest like a normal bench press (a lot more help from the chest then). A lot of instability and tricep engagement if push over a lower point
I've seen variations of this where people rotate their wrists during the press. Can someone please explain the benefits of this?

Hey Scott, I love your videos and they are really helpful. I do the dumbbell bench press instead of the barbell bench press, and wonder whether this dumbbell triceps press is better than the close grip barbell bench press for targeting all three heads of the triceps? Thanks a lot for everything!

Hey scott what do you think would be a more effective accessory movement for the bench press, this movement or the dumbbell floor press? I feel the floor press would be more safer using heavier weight, but what do you think?
