Scott i have a major problem with flexibility. Is there any chance you could do a few videos on stretches to help with flexibility?

@TheRandomIphone I'm obviously not scott.. but yes he does.. you need to be taking at least your bodyweight in grams of protein (shakes, chicken, beef,whatever) to grow. preferably over at least 5 meals a day. If you check out the bsn site you can look up scott's diet.. a lot of shakes, a lot of chicken, and a lot of bagles with peanut butter

i feel like maybe your knee was moving a little horizontally as you went down and that could cause problems later on. I don't want to comment on here and tell you that you were doing something wrong. I just want to make sure you are safe. Maybe it would be better to slightly point the toes outward for that reason or just be a little more cautious of the knee not moving horizontally. Just a thought.

@TheRandomIphone YES, anyone with muscle always have protein, wether from a Powder, or from Meat. He also has stated before that he doesn't take Creatine.
