I've been putting this into my chest workout and it has really helped raise my bench press and its only been 2 weeks…. the key is to load the bar up with crazy amounts of weight that you would never be able to press
i dont know why people are saying this looks dangerous.. there are two stoppers that block the weight from ever coming close to you..
See for dance, we do the same thing without the weights and on the ground and never let our legs touch and after the reps needed, we go all the way as far as we can, bring our legs over our head to touch the floor above your head.

which part of your abs does this work? and does it work your hamstrings?
I like doing this because it's one of the few ab exercises that doesn't seem to work the hip flexors much…which it seems like whenever I work my abs, I feel it in my hip flexors more than anywhere else. I'm also really trying to increase my bench, so I'm hoping this helps as Scott says.

This looks like an intermediate or advanced lifter's exercise. Looks like if someone worked abs out every day then they'd do this on their chest day. Good exercise Scott.

The fact that he can hold 315lbs for like 20 seconds means he can probablly bench…*add the 2, divide by 7, multiply by the square root of 69…* ALOT!!

The idea is that you load the bar with more weight that you can actually bench press and after a few weeks you will see an increase on your bench press performance.
@judestaner just to keep your back on the bench.
if you wanna increase your bench you're better of just switching up your benching routine, think about lower/higher reps, partial reps, etc
