I see you lift most of the weights off the ground without bending your legs. Is that good for your back? My back is still weak from sitting too much at the computer and for some exercises lifting the weights off the floor is the tricky part. What's the right way to do it?

I did this work out this morning and at the end my arms was full of blood! The Plank Up / Down looked like a piece of cake but it wasn't the case at all !!!

@odiea i had a similar problem because of sitting in a chair doing school work. i found that combining cardio, stretching and weight lifting improved me and now doing well. just take it easy to start off with. or if you go to a gym use machines intsead of lifting those free weights off the ground all the time… hope i helped ya

that stupid noise is so annoying! Bet he only does it for the benefit of the videos, like he would do it in a busy gym with people all around him.
What Scott failed to add was, only do this routine ONCE a week for maximum gains. Twice a week would be over-training.

When I do the tricep exercise that is shown in the video, I feel it more on my left tricep than the other. Why is that? What can I do to help it balance?
