@GroovyKid1000 they're very different things, pwo's like unleash are designed to give you more energy and pump, post workouts like whey and dextrose are for recovery.
personally i just use post workouts as i find pwo's a waist of money just have a cup of coffee and a good meal.

lol i work out but i still cant do pull ups with my fingers facing away from me… not sure if anyone understands me… I can do pull ups the other way where my fingers are facing towards me.

I know why people are rushin to watch this video that definitely make you stronger with shaped muscles.
