I do one muscle per day, and I saw you commenting you do abs 3-4 times a week. I'm doing them once a week, is that not enough?

Hey, have you heard of "Musclegend" (search on Google)? On their website you will find a useful free video showing the way to grow visible lean muscle quickly while burning fat all at once. Geoff is among the many men which experienced good results by using this method. Hopefully it will help you as well…

I love how every guy that has a workout channel calls it fitness channel. Even the roiding big guys that would collapse after sprinting up 2 floors on stairs. If you can do 10 floors without being out of breath, but have difficulties doing one floor with a case of beer, then you arent fit either.
So why call it fitness, and not bodybuilding? Everybody in the gym aiming for asthetics and mass is a bodybuilder, even if he has 10" arms only at the time.

Just wanted to say your routines are great. i switch up my routines every 3 weeks, and i always make sure that when i switch off of one of mine, i throw your routines in, and my best results come from the time period where i use yours. Good stuff, keep it up. I love how you don't have over elaborate routines where it overworks the body. good man, and i appreciate you putting these up.

Hi, have you tried "MuscLeader" (just search Google)? On their website you will find a great free video demonstrating the way to develop notable muscles easily whilst losing body fat as well. Devan and plenty other guys enjoyed good success using this technique. I hope it helps you also…

Sir, i have been working out since 5 months, and my body build is the same. no significant changes. Recently, few of my friends suggested me to go for Body Mass protein, to gain quick mass. but i have heard about its side effects to one's body. My Question is, Should i go for it? or Should i try increasing up my Daily protein food intake instead of going for a protein shake?

working out doesn't mean u will loss weight u might get heavier coz u turn ur fats into muscles & u might not see the changes yet but u definitely feel the hardness of ur body
