theres no point jumping backward,its completely pointless.Furthermore there are no depth jumps in this video,boxjumps and jump downs are not depth jumps.

I promise this man can not jump higher than me. Weakest vertical workout I have ever seen … Terrible video … Jumping as high as you possibly can over n over again is the #1 way to increase your vertical, using hurdles to do so is great, doing the exact movement that you will do while in the game trains the brain for the correct action … wearing ATI strength shoes and following their dvd exercises is #2 and walking stairs in a weigh vest is #3.

BUT I had only a few weeks to prepare for a fitness test in the army and I was sore for 3 days everytime after max. effort jump training. These little exercises helped me a lot to work out everyday without destroying my mucles.
After all, I increased from 42 cm to 66cm in 4 weeks (of course without tucking the in the legs)
