How did you get your chest so big? I mean big as that it covers your collarbone completely. I assume incline bench presses helps.

Scott Im 15 got done moving houses had to help with heavy lifting and havent had the opportunity to get my bench press going due to the move. I seen your deadlift video and tried deadlifting for the first time i did a few reps of 205 and bumped it up to 225. I got on my bench and put 155 on it and when I got to about the 3rd or 4th rep I had some bad crunching in my left shoulder area.Ive always been scared for this to happen because it always pops out of place. FOLLOW THE REST OF MY MESSAGE
@bailyproductions (CONTINUED) and it went out of place and now it is pretty sore and hurts to move it in a benching movement. I am not sure what to do next. when I stretch before benching it pops so there isnt any thing really stopping it from this. Should I get this checked or wait? could you tell me your warmup and how to prevent a serious injury? Thank you for motivation
