These exercises are very good but it would be necessary to add a little more time and some frontal planks and also the exercise of touching heels from a lying position on your back. Thanks and take care .

Great to have Xhit back again making great videos. You’ve been missed. The brand relaunch with look and feel is a nice upgrade. I like the digital queues, yet can we eliminate the beeping to signal done. It’s a very irritating noise. Prefer it better without a beeping noise. Is it possible for the trainer to speak to next ? Seeing the countdown clock serves enough as well.
