Just use free weights. I'm trying to stay away from smith machines. They are not very beneficial to general populations. Use a barbell and use weight you can manage.
His before and after pictures are a joke. I could do the same thing within 1-2 hours a good workout, a shaved chest, some oil, and have a huge meal after lol. His selling points are scandalous. His product is made up methodology he just put a catchy phrase on.
Hey scott, I honestly don't know why people who don't like your channel keep watching it and commenting… seems like you got some people who are JEALOUS that you're such an awesome guy. You don't look ridiculous without your shirt on, because you're doing fitness. The other guy was not uncomfortable, and proper form is really important, so it's not just a "shit video on how to jump." Keep doing these videos!!!
