@ScottHermanFitness I haven't made myself clear, I have been following your channel/fb page for some time now. You inspire a lot of people and actually make them get off their asses which is great. It is just a pitty that you recommend routines like body part splits for beginners when they could make much better gains of routines like Starting Strength etc. I admire what you do for others but I believe that you could have made better gains since you have started. Gj on your latestprogress.

@iEquivalence you guys need to take a chill pill. It's easy to rip on people online when you don't see them face to face. As an athlete, you should know that we're all about positive feedback … Not this ripping crap. So give credit where credit's due because many people buy into Scotty's fitness program. Even IF Scotty's workouts aren't going to produce 265lb people like you, it's still going to help people become more fit and these videos are what it's all about.

Does going out a run on your rest days have an effect on your muscles recovering from the previous day of working out . For example if i did chest on monday , then tuesday as a rest day however went for a run on that rest day , would it affect my chest muscles from recovering ?
