scott, have you seen how to do a kipping pullup? because using the kipping swing technique at the bottom of each rep will allow you to do way more of these

This is true. Most people don't stay form though that's why they blindly comment that someone is doing something wrong when they actually have no idea how the movement engages muscles and bio mechanics.
Ok. Well there are actually many variations of this movement. We were doing a T2B touch which is a very different movement and is clearly more explosive…and if you didn't notice we are going for reps here. That's youtube though sir. Opinions and well more opinions.
A slow motion on this would be more hypertrophy and less athletic.

lots of reps guys, good strength here. i realize you were mainly going for max reps, but next time challenge yourselves by keeping your knees locked out throughout each rep, slowly coming down to the starting position, and not using any momentum.

Use hand hooks with wrist strap to help the forearms out a bit. We've been using those over break for these. Huge congrats on winning the challenge. Your abs are stronger than your forearms.

I've just added this to my workouts but only do 4 lots of ten
i'm not making any sort of judgment but isn't it better to keep your body still and just raise the legs, not swinging like he is. I always had the impression that by swinging, you get momentum in the legs which and that takes the focus off of the core and abs so you are cheating youself.
