not sure if you misunderstood me… I am praising him for his form and asking for bench form video's for others.
i see too many ppl flat backing it just because. not because they know the purpose of the form.

but yes scapulae retracted leg drive, lats contracted. the usual.

Um.. you DON'T HAVE TO focus on that area, you know… otherwise you can always YouTube other people and their workouts… but give the man some credit.. he DOESN'T HAVE to do this for free.. but he does because he wants us to be as healthy and happy as possible… (and look good doing it)…

That's true that there are a lot of people that post workout videos and such. My point is if he gets paid, he gets paid. If he doesn't get paid, he doesn't get paid. He's simply sacrificing his time out of his schedule to inform us, the public, on how to perform certain workouts… PLUS my personal reason for following this man? He is a gay ally… he volunteered during The Real World: Brooklyn where I work CURRENTLY. I think that's cool. So, I'm simply supporting someone who supports me…
