I was laughing cause i know how hard this is before he started and i seen these Beat Me Down workouts before from Scott and they are always fun to watch and funny and he always smashes it, seen him go Saiyan (had to look how to spell that lol) before, I can not find any workouts like this on youtube really except like 1 i can remember
