i agree scott you need some work on your shoulders…if you were to get a little more mas youd look a lot bigger…and thats what throws your back…shoulders!!! your chest and arms would look a lot bigger…just sayin…
@PhinneyFitness they look unproportionate to his arms and chest…if he were to have more deltoids he would look a lot bigger from back, arms, even chest…if you dont believe what im stating…check out greg plitt,steve cook, rob riches…they are not that big but their shoulders throws their body to the next level…

@PhinneyFitness i agree on functionality…its best for a muscle to work better than to look better…but it may benefit in some cases…and he just need a little more not much though…and in respectiveness of the comparison…im not bashing him, but the names i put up above are in the elite category…i know scott can be in that category…after all he is a fitness model…its just constructive criticism bro…
this week had good exercises. They were easy, but the form was important
Scott, love the videos man. Great routines and awesome material, definitely gets me motivated! However, the one part of the equation that's hardest for me to satisfy is getting on the right meal plan. I know you have videos on this already, but here's where I'm having the trouble. I'm a college student on a meal plan where I am limited to roughly 3 meals a day, and the selection of good, natural foods isn't all that great most of the time. How can I make this work to achieve my goals? Thanks
@rocknroll21 you are going to have to pick and choose the best foods that are available and eat them i bulk. Start taking some breads and fruits with you to your dorm room too. You should be able to do that. College is tough, maybe get a job on the side and buy groceries. I worked full time while in school 😉

Hi Scott I have a question
I have a condition called scoliosis (where you have a curve in your spine) it makes my neck look like its swaying over to one side and one of my shoulders is a little higher up than the other not by much though. I'm going to a chiropractor to get it fixed but my question is will my muscles proportions be off if i lift while i have this condition? You can Google it to read more about it.

I hope u can help me.Im having issues loosing my gut,The problem Im very limited on what I can do.. I broke 17 bones including my neck,back & arms.I feel fine but limited what I can lift.Im not in a wheelchair ,I don't have full movement except my left arm,If I bent over and sometimes have a issue coming back up, The Drs have release me for gym activity.Seems everytime I go I hurt myself and have to have another surgery.Im thankful Im alive but when I look in the mirror at myself I get upset..

@DarkNature85 I have had 11 surgerys in the last 8 years. I have pain everyday in my life. I don't take pain killers due to the side effects. I deal with it !!!! I was told I would never walk again.. How can you judge what I can do when even has set limits in me? I can't move my arms normal. I can't even put my arms behind my back or head. When I have pins and screws with braces throughout my spine. Don't say I will be normal !!

Imo the hardest part about bodybuilding isn't working out, it's the damn diet. I'm having serious issues trying to figure out a good diet. I'm not a huge fan of eating chicken and supplements tend to be pretty expensive (resession, uhg!). Is there a half decent website that gives a really good diverse mean plan ?
