I am starting a anti migraines Eating plan, because I am so annoyed of my attacks. Last year I was investigating in which foods trigger my migraines. A Vegan, pescetarian, glutenfree and low sugar nutrition is the best for me. The first two days I did plan everything (Eating plan, What to buy, Sport plan) and today I start. Also eating enough. Let's go.

Previous video on food combining principle mentioned not to mix carbs with protein. The recipes is a mixture of carbs +protein. May I know if this is contradicting?

I was skeptic about Agoge Diet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.
Kindly share healthy diet plan For Ramadan, as a lots of fried things are there and people end up gaining weight instead of losing it.

Hi hun I thought you said in your other video not to eat protein such as wild salmon with starches like rice and also mentioned eating fruit alone but I noticed you added fruit to the rice?
