wow that girl literally goodmorning'd that squat! unbelievably shitty form! most of them look like they are trying to do some sort of combination between high-bar and low-bar squat. don't take lifting advice from these people. you're better off learning form from Elliot Hulse or Omar Osuf or a competing powerlifter – people who actually know what they're talking about. Scott Herman's pretty-boy body doesn't necessarily indicate good training technique/form

Haha, in fairness to the guy he's pretty strong. Not everyone's goal is to get huge and strong, there's other ways to train. I'm saying that from someone who does Powerlift, but you've got to respect other ways to train. Some people DO want to stay lean year round, and there's nothing wrong with that.

You should update this, I'm curious to how much you squat now, I'm 5'10 176lbs and my squat is 425lbs for 3 ass-to-grass reps and my deadlift is 485lbs, aiming for the 500!!

What is the point of going lower? Please give me an example when you are out of the water i.e. not swimming that you need to bend down so deep to do anything. Have any of you ever tried to jump? You don't get benefit from going down real low when you jump. Can any of you touch a basketball hoop?
