When I do this, after I’m done, my sides are in so much pain to move/ bend! Is there something I’m doing wrong? When beginning is it meant to be very painful?

Always have propel saying this is the worst oblique exercise but it's been the best for me. Never injuries myself and besides I naturally have a smaller waist so I'm not trying to look like a little bitch with everything else being sold except my waist ..Good if you those people who are naturally small on the waist.
I've been trying side planks and corkscrew leg raises but this is by far my favorite oblique exercise! Very effective and simple, thanks for the vid
