Instead of wasting nearly 4 minutes of are life's, why don't you just say get a sandbag and row? exactly same as using a barbell. Stupid exercise, stupid video & worse of all fucking shit hair do. POG's where its at!

The advantage is that you may not always have access to a barbell and weights. IF you own a sandbag you can use it for a variety of exercises and make a killer circuit

Good job on keep things interesting. I'm wanting to try a workout that involves flipping massive tires but I really don't want to destroy my body with improper form. Was wondering if you could make a video demonstrating how to do that and maybe some lifts that can go along with that. Been a fan for a while just looking to get pointers from a person i can trust.

your small though and how many gyms supply sandbags these days? yeah not many, maybe just show us barbell row again might be useful
you really should put up some upperlower body routines for those who can only manage to hit the gym 34 days per week.
I wouldn't exhale during a heavy deadlift.. breathing techniques can change depending on what kind of exercise you are doing

Why do people hate on scott? Ive tried his workouts and i know they work! And people who get mad at him for always wearing no shirt, Im pretty sure its to show that he acctualy has abs and muscle. Im pretty sure noone wants a trainer that they dont acctualy know is ripped. Scott your an inspiration! I wanna be like you when im older!
