IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn’t anything new. Most people who’ve been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you’re unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn’t for you then. Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. Weight loss challenge (March 2021)
– Day 9: Did it with resistance band so my form was a catastrophe during some exercises but overall I'd say I like this workout. Maybe it's just because it's easier than the one I had to do before but what does it matter? Right, nothing, I'll just look forward to this workout in the challenge.
Um, okay, I just checked and apparently it'll just appear one more time. Yeah… I'll just look forward to day 15. Also my father had the idea that I could do the challenge twice in a row which I find quite brilliant cause the second time I could surely do it with lesser rest days (at the moment I need two to three times more rest days than in the schedule because of muscle ache) and see even better results – this way the workout would also reappear.
– Day 15: I'd say my form was much better! I had to do four videos today and I pushed through all of them, I'm so proud of myself!

I’m giving up very badly. I started my weight loss journey in april and continued it till july or August and i have seen THE best results but then I don’t know what happened I started failing i got lazy but I don’t want to give up this easily after seeing the results i have always wanted to see. Till August September and October i was pushing my self to get up and do workouts there were lots and lots of days where i just gave up which never happened before i used to do my workouts very happily i used to wait for the next day to do more workouts. Then came November when I completely lost hope i think the whole November i have only did my workout for like 5 or 6 days and now dec is starting i am still figuring out a way out of this whole being lazy ass person. I don’t wanna give up I don’t want to go back to the person i used to be I don’t wanna ruin the whole progress i have made. I feel completely lost. I wanna do workouts i like doing workouts. I really want the body i have always dreamed of. I Don’t wanna give up. What should i do every night i sleep thinking next day I’ll for sure do my workouts and the next day i just don’t feel like getting up from my bed or even if i got up I’ll do every other things except for doing workouts. I sometimes feel like sharing these things with someone but that’ll just make me feel more and more bad for myself because I don’t share these things with anyone that’s why I’m leaving this here so if one day i have achieved my goal and when i look back at this it’ll just make me feel so much proud on myself. I won’t give up!! Even if there’ll be days to come when i just didn’t did my workouts I won’t give up I’ll try to push myself.

Am I the only one that finds it difficult to get the coordination/form right? Especially, working out on my own at home & having no good mirrors for checking myself.
