Hey Scott, I've been following you for over a year now and helped me more than anyone else. One thing I think you're missing out is how you set up your playlist. I just hope you group your videos together in a playlist according to their muscle groups. Sometimes I try to look for workouts for my back but you dont have a playlist for it. I always end up on google then searching it over again on your channel. I hope you get to read this and understand what im trying to say. Thanks for everything!!

i tried these in between 100m sprints, def full body great stuff keep it up
bravo !! my shoulder luxated! In principle this is no bad idea. But people whose shoulders are insolid …. hands off! There are other ways to warm up without harming every joint
lol I don't even have the strength to lift my hands off the floor. I'm a skinny guy but still… I guess I have to stick to traditional warm ups till I can do this.
