Honestly, you can a bag like that for a few bucks. Then fill it with dirt or shit like that if you can't get your hands on any sand.

You can always make one. It might be more of a ghetto version, but get a tire inner tube. Cut it. Put sand/small pebble rocks or whatever. Weigh it. Make it whatever weight you want, then duct tape the ends very tight, so its like duct tape handles. It would bring you to about 10-15 bucks tops.

actually, you can't get a bag like this for a few bucks. It has a few liners inside to ensure that it doesnt leak and you can add a lot of weight via sand. But obviously you can try to make your own!

you will really like it! It is way more intense than it looks! 🙂

Scott I gotta a question. What's the best way to correct muscle imbalance. I mean like one peck or a part of it is smaller than the other one. Thanks for reading it.@

Scott, I know this is a rather strange petition, but could you do a workout video with a sledgehammer, a tire, and a sand bag? Or a strongman one? I think you could enjoy getting out of your comfort zone and I would enjoy trying to do whatever you think is best for that. Peace.

Just because this exercise doesn't help you with your goals does not mean it is useless. I guarantee if I put you through a sandbag circuit you would quickly re-neg your comment as you lay unable to move on the ground from exhaustion. 🙂

Hey man!

To be honest the best way is to continue to train each side equally. Believe it or not in time they will equal out. Maybe start doing more calisthenics too 🙂

Hope this helps! have a great weekend brotha!

i think the best way would be with dumbells rather than barbells so that way you arnt using your stronger side a a crutch, but yeah keep the weight even

Indeed it doesn't help me with my goals and this is why i think it's useless (for me). I watched nearly all your videos and i learned lot of exercises but in the same time it doesn't mean that all the exercises should be perfect. I didn't mean to offend you, nor your sand bag but it's just my personal opinion 🙂
