I think what it comes down to those complaining like this random troll have no idea what it takes to build a business. When you spend hours and hours building a brand you would not want others trying to capitalize off your hard work. In fact, I have asked several others to remove my likeness from their channels and the ones that complied I have built friendships with as I respect people who show class.

Heya! Well i can recommend you some excersises which scott has done a video about! Benchpress, bent-over Rows, and try to do body-weight squats (ask someone in your gym for help for that one).

Love your videos by the way, i'm sure you might have covered this already but you have 780 videos so its kind of hard to find the answer to my question. Do you normally rest this little in between sets? Whats too much rest, what do you suggest? Also which body parts do you work together? Should you spread them out in 3 days or what?

how ever i have a request just recently picked up a wheighted vest and have been doing bearcrawl hills with them buti was wondering if you could put togather some kind of speed agility or interval trainin routine. idk i like wht im doing but i figured you could put togeather some savage routine to destroy my body some more haha any way keep up all the great stuff youve been doing and thanks for all your help!! yours truley

hey man love your vids I include some of your tips into my workouts and into my stretching. I was wondering if I should be taking supplements because I haven't been lifting everyday since im going to school for nursing and I have a lot of studying and hw but I was asking because I haven't been eating as much as I should but still getting close enough to my cal intake

My homeboy used to be bullied. He stated he was gonna grow muscles. I chuckled… Right up until out of the blue he added 40lbs of complete lean muscle mass.
