I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

I have realised after watching many of your videos that most of your exercises are focussing on thighs and hamstrings. For a newbie this gets very painful post session, especially if their muscles are not conditioned. But overall good work

the clock one at the end isnt the best for small spaces but the rest of this workout was awesome
