yeah man, when you see what we have done with basically a 3 man team (including me) you are going to be blown away! Keep in mind my site also hosts all 900 of my YouTube videos and I had to modify every single one with a write, PDFs, photos, etc just to name a few. CRAZY!!! 🙂

For the shoulder press or really any full range of motion exercise I find the best way is to pull down slow and not just let the weight go down. For example pretend you are doing a pull up on the negative of the shoulder press to engage your lats. I think most guys just press and control down rather than engage the reverse muscles. Also for Olympia will you be walking around at all? I know a lot of other Youtube guys said they will be there like Big J and Ogus etc.

I always want to have a body like you. I work out almost 5 days a week. But have a moderate flabby body. dunno what to do. I am unable to have a lean look. any suggestions??
