Great video !!!
Aesthetics, Stronger core… Now shutup.
yes it sure does!
what's the song at the beginning?
Great Video thanks!
Excelent vid.
I have a problem… I am tall, not that tall but tall, and here in my country, or at least nearby where I live, all pull-up bars are close to the floor. May I flex my knees? Is it going to make it easier or more difficult? thanks in advance!! (maybe a silly questions, maybe not)
the same reason you need to train any muscle :S what do you not understand?
Thanks brah. Appreciate it. Best channel for exercise lessons. Been watching for a couple of years!
Great physique as well!
my finger bone by the palm of my hand clicks every time i close the finger right beside the pinky 🙁
Scott, I'm wondering if you have any tips on how to be more confident when being in the gym. I'm 17 and only weigh 115. So I'm nervous that everyone thinks I'm skinny or something stupid like that. If you got any ideas that would be awesome. Love the vids, keep it up! Thanks
try to ask friends to come with you it will boost confidence. that's what i did when i first came to the gym 🙂
You can even be inspired by the fat people you'll see once in awhile at the gym. They are there to do what they are there to do, instead of being critical of others (mostly). The more you go, the more confidence you'll get. Experience speaking here.
I love this. I see such interesting, innovative things here!
It would be a shame for you not to build muscle when normal people do it so easily with Reborn Lean Max (search for it on google).
the girls at work are screaming at the sight of your body and i hate you for taking away the girls from me. lol
you should show improper techniques or what the common mistakes look like as well so people can see the difference
Dear sir I am looking for an exercise that is called dumbbell clean and burpee can you teach me plz.
Thanks
Nikul
Its a combination of both the exercise together
dat neck vein
perfect body, nice job man
Time to go test this
How do you know he's on gear? I mean, sure he looks great, but dude's been training for a long time. That and he's nothing out of this world. He hasn't grown huge amounts in the past couple of years. Nothing about him screams steroids. pls go.
Cool Beans!
Nice exercise, introduced it since this upload. Thanks
how is this a serratus exercise, isnt the serratus anterior all about scapula protraction? Oblique exercise indeed it is though 😛 Correct me if I am wrong …
scott's natural. shut up haters!!! #hth
i had a question: when doing bar hanging like this exercise or for the abs exercise, how should i really hang on the bar?
i don't know if i should fully hanging with relaxed arms or should i have contraction on my arms
Is the serratus anterior function is to protracting the scapula while doing this exercise?
great exercise I have to try this. looks like the obliques are getting in on it too
This is an oblique exercise not a serratus exercise…
Bullshit
Looks like a bloody oblique crunch mate, how is it a serrated anterior excercise when the serratus job is to protract the scapula. Are your scapulae retracting and protracting in this exercise? I don’t think so mate, change your title to hanging oblique crunch cos you have no idea about what the serratus anterior does if you think that is an excercise for it, I point you toward Jeff at athleanx so you can learn the function of that muscle lmao
