I superset sissy squats and leg extensions, what a pump!

It's possible to build up the muscles using only body weight exercises.

There are three separate movements as taught by Vince Gironda. The knee drop, The burlesque bump, and the flush out. Five reps each for fifteen reps for the set. A great movement, though few have the balance and kinsesthetic awareness to benefit from it. Oh, and you might want to replace those dumbbells with a wooden block, so as not to have one of them slip and send you sailing.
