I tore my Left pec doing weighted dips. Always did full range of motion. The error was not enough warming up. At the time i was doing 3x Plates, 12 reps, and all the other weeks i did 1xplate, 2x plates then 3x plates, worked my way up. That week I jumped into 3x plates after just bodyweight. Big mistake. WARM – UP! Broke my ankle really bad, and haven't worked out in over a year, but cant wait to get back to the gym. Ill do a before/after for you and the herman nation. Keep it up scott

However can i ask a question in relation to your wrists when you show them straight and bent in the dip workout video?
It looks like they are bent in when you demonstrate your dip below 90 and straight up. Are they straight or bent in? I just want to make sure I'm doing mine right because at the moment I do them just like you.

Depending on how far or close the dip bars are to your body, your wrists may bend a little bit, just do your best to keep them as straight as possible 🙂

They will even out over time. Try my ZEUS CHEST routine. More muscle stimulation with a slow TEMPO 🙂
Just takes time. Try slowing the tempo down or getting a spotter to help you stay even on both sides. In time, it will even out on its own. 🙂

When I move into my first house i'm going to build a crossfit gym. I have seen the size of the garden and its massive, it also has a swimming pool that I can do my morning cardio in. Scott, do you recommend any companies that help with building home gyms from the ground up. Size wise its going to be pretty big. The budget range is anywhere between $64,000-$68,000. I have got the house already and will be moving in next week. I will be moving to Charlotte, NC.
