Great videos Scott. Well spoken and presented. I really liked that shoulder warm up at the beginning. Going to start doing those. Dips have always been a challenge for me because I'm heavy, and didn't keep up with them as I gained.

I saw another vid from youtube says to stop doing dips immediately because of side effects… Is that true? I did dips yesterday for the first time for my triceps and I found it good for me… So I felt heartbroken if dips is not safe for me
He's doing the dips wrong. Don't let your chest expand. Your chest needs to face the ground at an angle. The way he has his chest expanded it's going to hurt later on.
Great explanation of a great exercise. I these calisthenics/crossfit times there should be no question about the safety of full range dips.

Triceps make up 2/3rds of your arm. That should be reason enough to hit them hard to make your arms MASSIVE, and what better exercise to do that with than the dip?!
I like food but my right tricep is better and stronger then the right from doing them so I think I need to stop, what are my alternatives to correct this imbalance?

There's a big misconception on what full range of motion is… each body part has a unique range of motion… most people have no idea what that is! Are we trying to Target the muscle or just trying to work the weight???
Narrow hand spacing on the reverse dips is a bad idea… high risk… weighted reverse dips, feet need to be higher than the hands… it shifts the loads more to the hands then to the feet!
