With a total of 228 reps this leg routine has all the volume you need to pack on some muscle! Your goal is going to be to progressively overload each set if you can, even if it is only by 5lbs. Keep track of your weight so you can set a goal to lift more the next time you perform this routine! It takes hard work to build muscle so focus on full range of motion and staying in control during the exercises.

only if you have knee problems… you still need the full range of motion, meaning, you need to fully stretch and fully contract the muscle

Not only if you have knee problems. Going that deep has certain risks. And you don't always need full range of motion for everything. Everybody got it's own sweetspot for building muscle. I squat to about 90 degrees and I build muscle just fine, I actually stopped training legs because I couldn't fit jeans anymore.

Hey there, have you tried MUSCleader (have a look on Google)? On their website you will find a nice free video featuring the way to build up noteworthy muscle mass fast while dropping body fat as well. Kev and hundreds of guys with the same goal experienced good results applying this technique. It might help you out as well…

The box jumps and the walking lunges has nothing to do with building legs size… doing calf raises standing on the floor is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen!
