The focus of this routine is to build core strength quickly and effectively. You will be engaging abs, obliques, and your lower back while exerting nearly maximum effort on each and every rep. This program may also be used in conjunction with our other STRICTLY STRENGTH routines. Be sure to progressively overload each week but NEVER sacrifice form for weight.
