More volume and shorter rest periods are a great way to stay PUMPED and BUILD MUSCLE during any workout. This workout was designed to isolate and destroy your back & triceps with the overall goal to be able to consistently perform 10 reps per exercise in each superset. Focus on INTENSITY and increase your weights when possible as long as you are staying around the 10 rep range. Once you have finished tearing apart your back & triceps, we are going to finish the workout with 3 sets of my favorite abdominal exercise followed by 15 – 20 minutes of moderate cardio. #HTH

• Rest 60 — 90 seconds MAX between supersets

Scott, new subscriber here and I'm loving your channel. Hope you could answer this:
Why do you mix back with triceps exercises in supersets? I mean, wouldn't be better a workout with 2 back supersets and 1 triceps superset plus another single triceps exercise?. First, you focus on congest hard your back (4 exercises for big muscles) and then your triceps (3 for small muscle).

Your looking good Bro and id say you have some good info also…I would suggest you increase your protein & carb's…protein 3 to 4 times a day and back load your Carb's for more bulk..adjust the amounts to keep your rip…   oh and don't forget your lower body..(Smile)

whenever i do wide grip lat pulldowns my forearms end up giving out before my lats are finished. The forearms just burn so bad, what do i do??

Hey boss, I just found your channel a few minutes ago and I must say that I am very intrigued. I've been trying to find the motivation to get back into shape but I just can't seem to find and keep it (Meaning mainly going to the gym that is located just outside my bedroom). I'm hoping a few of your vids can help. Thus far, my only activity is a twice daily 2.5-3 mile walk every afternoon. Sometimes I'll push it to 4-4.5 miles depending on where I'm at and the day's temperature.
