when I do the high to low's I always feel like my shoulders are getting the workout rather than my chest. Is that because of my form?

Gonna try this burn set! I normally do this at the end of my chest workout but without the burn set. Thanks mate!

What's a good way to add on more weight but maintain yourself?

I think the best point Scott brought out is the pausing and picking up where you left off, alot of people don't do that, as long as you finifh the set you should be okay, your no good dead.

Love super sets! They rip the muscles up and push the blood into the chest 🙂

Do you think 7-21's bicep exercises are good for muscle growth?

If you guys find yourself to tired while doing a dropset or superset a good way to push yourself that much further is incorporate isometrics in your cable crossovers! We always do concentric and eccentric movements but forget our isometric movements. On the low cable crossover for example, when starting from the bottom and pulling up, hold and squeeze your chest at the top contraction and hold it for long as possible. That will really exhaust your chest and can be easier at times if you cant continue to do a full rep.

Hi scott i was wondering what type of chest workout i should to maximize chest growth, some people say the benchpress for the growth but the thing is i suffer from pectus excavatum and it's really hard for someone like me to get a good looking chest, or i'm i doing something wrong and what should i include in my routine?
