Ha Ha .. Scott ends the skull crushers with 40. I do that too.
Except that I start with 15 and end with 40(3-4 reps max)
Skull crushers is my favorite, but whooooooooooa 110lbs was not even in my dreams. Keep it up brother..
burn set? DROP set.
Scott, or anyone else that might have answer, would you recommend doing a warm up set before the drop/burn set. I usually do a warm up set with low weight to get my muscles ready for the heavy set. After the warm up I do my drop set: start high, then drop twice. Then I do a set as heavy as I can go. Is that a good routine for my exercises?
