Hey Scott. I don't recall that you've done a lot of this before, but it's such a great idea to add exercises for one leg muscle in with an upper body workout. I put together a new tricep routine to use for the next six weeks and added in a few hamstring exercises. I'll add quads to another day and calves to another, as well. Thanks for the great ideas and expertise you give us!

Hmm,I'm pretty sure on Arnold Presses ur suppose to twist as ur starting to come up and its all in one motion.Your twisting into a regular shoulder press ,pausing and then coming up.
