I have FAT mainly at abdominal and chest. Atleat that way I feel right now. Do you recommend to do AB's twice a day ? I am at 17% bodyfat.

Do you actually use these excercises you're showing? Or weighted leg lifts etc… i mean you're ripped… i don't see that happening with these kind of excercises.

Legit question: Is this going to help me tone the lower two "square" abs? Because I'm doing well with the 4 upper ones and the "v line" but I think those 2 are a little behind.

These are similar to bicycle crunches.
You almost made me cry the next day.But something is always screaming two days after your exercises,With this one,you have to syncronize crunches and kicking and abs are so tensed for the whole movement !Because it hurt so bad it's a five stars exercise.I love too much your diabolical routines ans exercises,Scott!Have a nice,inspired day!
