Hi Scott, could you make a video on what you can eat and how often you should do it. I'm tall and lean, just started to work out, but i have no clue what to eat. And i am having trouble gaining any weight.
Scott, cool yard and understand your moving all the rocks out of the way but I built a pond with all the rocks I had and love the water feature and the Koi I have now.
Dear scott, i hope you can help me out a little here. I am a teenager (16) currently training to put on a little more mass. So far i`ve been going good gaining about 37 pound in the last year because of you video`s while still maintaining a body fat percentage of 11 %. Since i am a teenager, my main food source is my parents. since they are not a fan of me eating 4-7 eggs per day and eating every 3 hours we cannot afford the extra food costs. So far true-mass, syntha-6, Amino-X and cell mass have been helping me throughout this lifestyle, but i feel i could do much better if i could improve my diet without the supplements (the three meals a day and the meals in between). I hope you can help me with with confusing situation.

When do you usually prep- your meals? I cook and eat mine on the same day lol. I felt like if I do in bulk and put them in the fridge,the whole thing would not taste good anymore.

You are suppose to cut or snap off the woody ends of asparagus cause they are fibrous. Not sure why you don't? Unless you enjoy eating bark? For anyone with common sense please snap your asparagus or cut off the bottoms before cooking.
