Get fired up for THE EXPENDABLES 3 – August 15th

In THE EXPENDABLES 3, Barney (Stallone), Christmas (Statham) and the rest of the team comes face-to-face with Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), who years ago co-founded The Expendables with Barney. Stonebanks subsequently became a ruthless arms trader and someone who Barney was forced to kill… or so he thought. In order to defeat Stonebanks, Barney decides that he has to fight old blood with new blood, and brings in a new era of Expendables team members, recruiting individuals who are younger, faster and more tech-savvy. The latest mission becomes a clash of classic old-school style versus high-tech expertise in the Expendables’ most personal battle yet.

Featuring the largest ensemble of action stars ever, THE EXPENDABLES 3 team includes original action heroes – Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, and Terry Crews …plus brand new badasses – Wesley Snipes, Mel Gibson, Antonio Banderas, Kelsey Grammar, Harrison Ford, Kellan Lutz, Ronda Rousey, Victor Ortiz, and Glen Powell.

Hey Scott, this might be a bit off topic, but I got some questions.
1. As a beginner, is working out 6 times a week too much? (Wednesay as rest day)
2. Is it smart to work out, even though your muscles are really sore? (Pushing through the pain)
3. What would you recommend for eating post workout?
4. I counted my macros by following the guide you've made and I came up with these:
Protein: 171 grams     684 calories
Carbs: 266 grams      1197 calories
Fat: 57 grams            513 calories
I'm a pretty skinny dude, I weight 131lbs, I'm 175cm long and my body fat % is around 13
Do these macros look right to you? I'm really new to this stuff and I'd like to know your opinion!
Thx in advance (:

I really like this workout. My only issue is that I am unable to bench, or dead my bodyweight currently. Would it be acceptable to decrase those weights, but follow the same principle of 12×10?

Probably a lot easier to do this workout as a dumbell variant (People would likely be annoyed with the amount of time you would take okn the squat rack to do all 120 repetitions of each exercise).

Is this 12×10 of each one after another, or 12 of each as a super set repeated 10 times?

Dont let you but dip like scott is doing, it will fuck up your lower back. Go down as far AS you can. no amount of muscle is worth hurting yourself over.

Scott, do you have any tip for knee injury? I've been squating quite heavy but recently i screwd my right knee and now i cant even squat a light weight properly, and almost any exercise that uses my knees. Of course, i need to stop doing leg exercises fora  while, but beside that, is there anything that you recommend?

Bad idea to squat and deadlift in the same workout. At least separate those lifts by a rest day.
