Technically this could get you some serious bicep gains if you really control the eccentric of the curl 😉
Haha. Too funny. I'm gonna try them and see if anyone comments in the gym! 😆😂
Funny shit!
I can do 70 pound dumbells without the leg help. But it is cool looking lol. Dunno how safe that is though doing it higher weight. You may drop it or pull something coming back down.
If done with control, I can see raising one leg up with a weight on would activate the opposite leg's glute to squeeze.
So it looks more like a glute and bicep curl exercise, even though you're joking.
So is this for real or a joke?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I feel rick rolled.
Negatives maybe?
Most powerful bicep curl part 2? hahaha
It's looks like you can easily injure yourself.
I have never seen that before
Hahaha. You almost got me. Good one
That's actually bro science. You're doing four different workouts and working out the slow and fast twitch muscle fibers not to mention working the cardio.
LOL!!! Nice of you for sharing this.
Just a thought Scott… You always say to focus on the negative, you even slow it down in some of your workouts and make it a crucial point of the workout. Does that mean that the negative is more beneficial? And could there be any benefit to lift extremely heavy with momentum-supported positive, but slow and controlled negative, like you essentially do in this video?
hahahaha
seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if it looks stupid and uncormfortable it can't be fun. try again.
Lmao – part of why I love going to my local commercial gym is to learn new and innovative workouts like the one you so elegantly performed in this video .
There's always one or two in every gym, bi curls become a full body workout lol
You see so many ridiculous (and potentially harmful sometimes) at a gym….I think though the worst I ever saw was a mother actually FILMING her child doing some leg presses that were waaaaaay too heavy for him (and I'm gonna put his age at about 10 or 11 – probably too early for any serious weight training anyway)….he was a little chubby kid, pressing with his legs spread wide open (couldn't bring his knees past his gut any other way I imagine) and pressing the weights up with his hands on his knees….maybe Mommy told him it was a "full-body" exercise, so get those shoulders and triceps involved….I see an equal opportunity injury in this kid's future if Mommy keeps wanting to share vids with Grandma….
I could understand it if it's for eccentric bicep training. But not for just normal curls…
Thought at any moment his arm was just going to rip
that is legit
Imma try this! snap guys don't try this……….
FUNY… HEY…. WHAT IF arnold did this exercise ??? what ya say about it ? :))
Scott silly why you playing somebody might watch this and really think u serious Bruh
lol
I actually did see this in the gym I work at the other day, In my head I was doing a mixture of laughing and crying at the same time
I once saw a guy trying to do an overhead press in one leg and he just kept failing and stomping his foot, top kek.
I do that now after I saw your video.
LMFAO!!!!!!!! To funny, cracking up like crazy
Das good form right there
That does look like a waste of time hope he's using the negative at least
Maybe he was a Muay Thai fighter who thought it would be a good idea to make his Knee strikes stronger. Who knows? All people have their own little ways in which they formulate thoughts… Any kind of lifting (a long as not dangerous) is better than no lifting… Come on bro, don't make fun of that guy.
uhhhhh, just a lil SARCASM? (ha ha ha)
So are you saying I should scratch this from my program?
Immediately I knew this was a joke xP
Thought it was strange, thankfully saw the whole vid.
That's sort of how I do negatives…. when I feel up to doing negatives.
This looks like it could result in injury though
hahahahaha dude!!! My knees were aching just watching you doing that!!!!!
Scott, couldn't you do that to improve bicep strength because of the descend?
I see video for you in 2011 or 10 is perfect 😂💣
Useless unfunny video
