It will last about 2-3 days in the fridge, sometimes longer. If it starts tasting at all sour to you, it's time to throw it away!

2-3 days is ideal, but we've seen it last longer, too. Make sure to get rid of it if starts tasting at all sour to you!

There is barely zero protein in store bought Almond Milk and if the ingredient shows they add vitamins, then I normally stay away. The bulk of your vitamins and minerals in your diet should come from natural foods.
