Scott, can you make a video talking about vascularity? I've been doing a traditional "bodybuilding" split for about 2 years. Noticed some great gains, but vascularity has been a problem for me. At times it comes out randomly but 95% of the time I can't even see veins on the back of my hands where the skin is thinnest. This has been bothering me a lot, especially because my body fat is at a range where veins should pop. (5 ft 9", 180 lbs 12-15%). Any tips or thoughts. Thanks

Hey Scott, wanted to let you know I'm receiving what look like spam emails from your website.

I get a lot of emails that show the sender's name as Muscular Strength, but the sender's email address is almost always different and they seem to look sketchy. Even if your site hasn't been compromised, you may want to look into having emails sent from an address that reflects the legitimacy of you and your website.

Hi Scott, I am starting going to the gym more and my friends recommend creatine. I want don't want to bulk up to much I just want to have a more toned body. If you think creatine is the way forward could you tell me if there are risks for someone aged 17!

Here's the thing I still don't quite understand: So the reason why regular jogging is seen as a killer of gains is because it puts you outside of your optimal heart rate zone (at which point your body resorts to muscle instead of fat, for energy), which I get… But what I don't get is why HIIT – where you are of course going to go way out of that zone – supposedly doesn't burn muscle.

Can someone please explain to me why exactly the target heart rate zone doesn't apply to HIIT? Thanks in advance

I had never heard of the diet “sowo hope site” (Google it) until eventually my colleague talked so really about it when they dropped pretty much 16 pounds. Therefore of course I read directly into detail about it on google.
